Better yet, set your regular bedtime and wake-up time to manage your sleep routine.
During your pre-set bedtime period, you can also choose to activate 'Do-Not-Disturb' mode,
which automatically disables notifications and wake-on-wrist-raise, keeping unwanted noise or light disturbance out of the bed.
Know Your SpO2 Level, Night and Day
SpO2 refers to your blood oxygen saturation and is a key indicator of your body's energy and overall health. Keep an eye on this key data and stay ahead of any red flags.
